Shipping & Returns
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Due to high volume during collection drops, please allow up to 5 business days for tracking information to update.
2. Domestic Shipping
We offer standard and express shipping options. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 Business Days
- Express Shipping: 2-3 Business Days
3. International Shipping
We currently ship to select international countries. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Brand Name is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
4. Return Policy
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
5. Lost Packages
Brand Name is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier has confirmed delivery. If you believe your package was stolen, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
